- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 2-3 crab sticks
- 🍤 20 cocktail shrimps
- A pinch of black pepper
Mustard Sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard paste
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
LANGKAH
Mix mustard paste, lemon juice or vinegar, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to create the mustard sauce.
Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for about 20 seconds, then immediately rinse under cold water and drain.
Julienne the cucumber into thin strips.
Tear the crab sticks into smaller pieces.
Blanch the cocktail shrimps briefly in hot water.
Combine the blanched bean sprouts, julienned cucumber, shredded crab sticks, and blanched shrimps in a large bowl.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper over the mixture.
Pour the mustard sauce over the salad and mix thoroughly.
