BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- π² Soft tofu 1 block
- π₯ Pork belly 100g (thinly sliced)
- π₯ Egg 1 piece
Seasonings and Aromatics
- π§ Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Gochujang 1 tablespoon
- πΆ Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- π§ Spring onion 1 stalk (thinly sliced)
Soup Base
- π§ Water 400ml
- π Chicken broth powder 1 teaspoon
LANGKAH
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry garlic and pork belly.
Add gochujang and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add water and chicken broth powder, and bring to a boil.
Break the soft tofu into pieces with a spoon and add to the pot. Bring to a gentle boil.
Crack an egg in the center of the pot, reduce the heat, and simmer for 2β3 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions to finish.
