BAHAN-BAHAN
Base
- π 1 bowl cooked white rice (150g)
Protein
- π 100g sashimi-grade tuna
- π₯ 1 egg yolk
Vegetables
- π§ 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Toppings
- Seaweed flakes, as needed
- π° White sesame seeds, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- π¬ 1/2 tsp sugar
- π§ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- π§ 100ml water
LANGKAH
Slice the green onion diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Heat the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a pot over medium heat until boiling.
Add the green onion and tuna to the pot and simmer on low heat until the green onion softens.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with seaweed flakes, the cooked tuna and green onion, and the egg yolk. Sprinkle sesame seeds and pour the sauce over.
