- 2 bell peppers
Oil

Main Ingredients
- 1 can mackerel (miso flavor)
- 150g firm tofu
- 🧅 15cm green onion
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
LANGKAH
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 90 seconds.
Finely chop ginger and green onion. Cut bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Drain mackerel can.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Combine main ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Lightly fry bell peppers and remove. Fry the balls until golden brown and remove.
Remove excess oil from the pan, add sauce and balls, and heat over medium heat while stirring to coat evenly.
