- π 2 cups soaked rice
Protein
- π 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
Vegetables
- π 90g sweet potato, diced
- π 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Liquids

Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- π§ 1/4 tsp salt
- π§ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
LANGKAH
Dice the sweet potato into 1.5cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into smaller pieces.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder), and water to the rice cooker, filling up to the 2-cup mark. Stir gently to combine and flatten the rice. Layer the sweet potato, shimeji mushrooms, and tuna on top.
Cook the rice using the normal setting on the rice cooker. Once cooked, mix everything thoroughly before serving.
