- 🎃 1/4 piece pumpkin
- 🌰 1/2 cup walnuts
Seasoning
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
LANGKAH
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly, remove the seeds, and cut it into square pieces.
Split the walnuts into halves.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the pumpkin until slightly golden on the surface. Add the seasoning sauce and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Once the sauce is reduced, add the walnuts and drizzle 1 tbsp of corn syrup.
