BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- ๐ 200g swordfish fillets
Vegetables
- ๐ง 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- ๐ 100g king oyster mushroom, sliced
Dairy
- ๐ง 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp white wine
- ๐ง 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Fruit
- ๐ Lemon for squeezing
LANGKAH
Place swordfish fillets in a tray, sprinkle with white wine, salt, and black pepper, and let sit for 5 minutes. Thinly slice the onion and king oyster mushroom.
Layer onion, swordfish, king oyster mushroom, and half the butter on aluminum foil. Wrap tightly.
Place wrapped foil in a pan, add water up to 1cm height, cover, and steam on medium heat for 10 minutes until swordfish is cooked through. Serve with squeezed lemon.
