BAHAN-BAHAN
Chicken
- ๐ 500g chicken thighs
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- ๐ฅ 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- ๐ 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- ๐ง 1/2 tsp salt
- ๐ง 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Cut chicken thighs into quarters and rub both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a plastic bag, add chicken, seal the bag, and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low-medium heat for 4 minutes until fully cooked.
