LANGKAH
Cut the boiled bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces.
Mix tempura flour, seaweed powder, and water in a bowl to create the batter.
Lightly coat the bamboo shoot pieces with tempura flour, then dip them into the batter.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot (about 2–3 cm deep), then fry the coated bamboo shoots for 3 minutes until crispy.
