- 150g nagaimo (Japanese yam)

Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Prepare the marinade by mixing mirin and soy sauce in a bowl.

Lightly smash the nagaimo with a rolling pin to create a chunky texture.
Assemble the rice bowls by placing cooked rice in each bowl.
