- 🍗 Chicken thigh 500g (with skin)
Vegetables
- Bell pepper 1 piece (sliced)
- 🥕 Carrot 1 piece (julienned)
- 🥦 Broccoli 150g (cut into small florets)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- 🧂 Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Mirin 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
- Ginger 1 piece (minced)
LANGKAH
Heat the frying pan on medium heat, and place the chicken thighs skin side down. Cook for 5 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the pan, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, mirin, garlic, and ginger to create a sauce and add it to the pan. Toss everything to coat evenly.
When the sauce thickens slightly, turn off the heat and plate the dish.
