LANGKAH
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan, grill the chicken on both sides, and set aside.
In the same pan, add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to make the sauce.
Put the chicken back into the sauce and coat well.
