BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Dish
- 🍗 Chicken breast 300g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Green curry paste 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Coconut milk 400ml
- 🍆 Eggplants 2 (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 🌿 Basil leaves 10
- Fish sauce 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Sugar 1 tsp
- 🛢 Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
LANGKAH
Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the green curry paste for 1–2 minutes to release its aroma.
Add the chicken breast and cook until its surface turns white.
Add the coconut milk and 200ml of water, then bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the eggplants, fish sauce, and sugar, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until the ingredients become tender.
Finish by sprinkling basil leaves for fragrance and serve.
