BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Dish
- Rice noodles (medium-thick) 200g
- 🦐 Shrimp 150g (peeled)
- 🥚 Eggs 2
- Bean sprouts 100g
- 🥜 Crushed peanuts, 2 tablespoons
- Green onions, 2 (sliced)
- Fish sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind paste, 1 tablespoon
- 🧂 Sugar, 2 teaspoons
- 🛢 Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon
LANGKAH
Boil rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes, drain, and rinse with cold water to soften.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add beaten eggs and stir-fry, pushing it to the side.
Add shrimp to the frying pan and stir-fry until they turn pink.
Add rice noodles to the frying pan, then pour fish sauce, tamarind paste, and sugar over them. Mix well.
Add bean sprouts and green onions. Lightly toss everything together.
Serve on a plate, garnish with crushed peanuts, and it’s ready to enjoy.
