BAHAN-BAHAN
Main
- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Miso Mayo
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
LANGKAH
Cut the thick fried tofu vertically into halves, then slice horizontally into 1cm pieces. Cut the melting cheese into 6 equal parts.
Mix all the Miso Mayo ingredients in a bowl.
Spread the Miso Mayo on the tofu slices and layer with melting cheese. Repeat and arrange upright in a heatproof container.
Bake in a toaster oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on top before serving.
