BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredient
- 2 pieces (230g) thick fried tofu
- 50g garlic chives
- 🧅 50g onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Chop garlic chives and onion roughly. Soak the onion in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Place the thick fried tofu in a frying pan and heat over low heat until both sides are golden brown. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (☆) together. Add water and mix well, then combine with the chopped garlic chives and onion to create the versatile garlic chive sauce.
Place the fried tofu on a plate and generously pour the garlic chive sauce over it.
