- 🍄 4 thick shiitake mushrooms (165g)

- 🧈 15g salted butter

- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and score the caps with a 1cm grid pattern.
Heat a frying pan over low heat and melt half of the butter. Place the mushrooms cap-side down and cook for about 2 minutes.
Flip the mushrooms, add sake, cover with a lid, and steam for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the lid, add soy sauce, and stir to coat the mushrooms until the sauce is absorbed.
