BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 🧅 100g sliced onion
Soy-based
- 🍥 150g silken tofu, cut into 6 pieces
- 2 tbsp white dashi
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
LANGKAH
Slice the onion thinly and cut the tofu into 6 equal pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken and onion, and sauté until the chicken changes color.
Add water and white dashi, mix well, then add tofu. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and simmer for 2 minutes until the eggs are semi-cooked.
