BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Protein
- 🥡 1 block silken tofu (150g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 umeboshi, pitted and mashed
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 400ml water
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and mash the umeboshi after removing the pits.
Bring water and dashi granules to a boil in a pot, then crumble the silken tofu into the pot.
Pour in the beaten eggs, then add shiso leaves, mashed umeboshi, pizza cheese, and soy sauce.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of white rice.
