BAHAN-BAHAN

- Tofu 1 block (approximately 300g)
- 🥚 Egg 1 piece
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt A pinch
- Chicken broth powder 1 teaspoon
- 💧 Water 500ml
LANGKAH
Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Add chicken broth powder, soy sauce, and salt, and mix well to prepare the soup base.
Cut the tofu into cubes and add them to the pot. Boil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Whisk the egg and gently pour it into the soup. Stir slightly and stop heat once it sets.
