BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil
- 🧅 75g fresh onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 200g tomato, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 4g bonito flakes
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
LANGKAH
Cut the tofu into 1cm thick slices. Thinly slice the fresh onion and soak it in water, lightly rubbing it, then drain. Slice the tomato into rounds.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (mayonnaise, soy sauce, vinegar). Add the fresh onion and canned tuna, and mix to create the tuna salad.
Arrange the tomato slices on a plate, place the tofu slices on top, and add the tuna salad. Sprinkle with bonito flakes and chopped green onion.
