BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 100g ground chicken
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salad oil
Broth
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 150ml water
LANGKAH
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut garlic chives into 4cm lengths.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add ground chicken and grated ginger, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add tofu and broth ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, water), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add garlic chives and cook briefly.
