BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 Ground pork 150g
- 🟩 Firm tofu 1 block (about 300g)
- 🧅 Onion 1/2 piece (finely chopped)
- 🍚 Cooked rice for 2 servings
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- 🍬 Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Mirin 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
LANGKAH
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions.
Add ground pork and cook while breaking it apart until crumbly.
Drain the tofu, crumble it with your hands, and add it to the pan.
Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar, then mix thoroughly while frying.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl and top with the stir-fried mixture to complete.
