BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 150g silken tofu, cubed
- 1 pack pea sprouts, trimmed
- 80g kimchi, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.

Trim the pea sprouts and cut them in half. Roughly chop the kimchi.

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Add the pea sprouts and kimchi, then mix well.

Gently fold in the tofu cubes and mix lightly. Plate the salad and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
