BAHAN-BAHAN
Seafood
- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
Tofu
- 🍶 300g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🌱 60g snap peas
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 💧 150ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
LANGKAH
Prepare all ingredients: peel shrimp, slice carrot, mince ginger, and cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté shrimp until slightly pink. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add carrot, enoki mushrooms, snap peas, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add tofu and gently stir to avoid breaking it. Pour in sake, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Gradually add to the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Return shrimp to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
