BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block (300g) silken tofu
- 🍤 80g peeled shrimp
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 200ml water
Thickening
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 3 tbsp water
LANGKAH
Julienne the ginger and cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
In a frying pan, combine all seasoning ingredients (☆) and bring to a boil. Add tofu, shrimp, and ginger, cover with a lid, and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, remove the lid, and stir in the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water). Mix well until the sauce thickens. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
