- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 shiso leaves, torn
- 🍲 150g firm tofu, torn
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
LANGKAH
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, tear shiso leaves and firm tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Place udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Mix mayonnaise, ground sesame seeds, and ponzu soy sauce in a bowl to make the dressing.
Arrange udon noodles, tofu, cherry tomatoes, and shiso leaves on a plate. Drizzle with the sesame dressing.
