BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- Tofu 1 pack (about 300g)
- Ground mixed meat 200g
- 🧅 Onion 1 piece (finely chopped)
- 🥚 Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 50g
LANGKAH
Wrap the tofu with kitchen paper and drain the water for about 20 minutes.
Add tofu, ground mixed meat, finely chopped onion, egg, and breadcrumbs into a bowl and mix well.
Use your hands to shape the mixed ingredients into burger patties.
Heat a frying pan and cook the formed burger patties over medium heat until both sides are nicely browned.
