BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥡 1 block tofu
- 1 chopped paprika
- 🧅 1 chopped green onion
- 1 chopped green chili
- 🌾 2 tbsp flour or pancake mix
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
LANGKAH
Drain the tofu by placing it on a sieve and pressing with a plate to remove excess water.
Prepare the vegetables and egg.
Finely chop the vegetables or use a blender for convenience.
Squeeze the tofu using a cloth or mash it with a knife and remove excess water manually.
Mix the chopped vegetables, mashed tofu, and egg yolk in a large bowl.
Add 2 tbsp of flour or pancake mix and optionally breadcrumbs to the mixture.
Cut the cheese slices into smaller pieces, such as 6 or 8 portions.
Shape the mixture into flat patties and place a piece of cheese on top, then mold into stick shapes.
Coat the shaped croquettes with breadcrumbs.
Fry the croquettes in generous oil until golden brown.
Place the fried croquettes on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve with ketchup or mustard sauce for dipping.
