BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 💧 300ml water
- 40g curry powder
LANGKAH
Dice the tofu and pat dry using a kitchen towel.
Chop the carrot, onion, and potato into small pieces.
Pan-fry the tofu in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown.
Remove the fried tofu and set aside in a separate bowl.
Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry the vegetables.
Add 300ml of water and simmer the vegetables until tender.
Add the fried tofu to the pan and continue simmering.
Mix in 40g of curry powder and stir well.
Serve the curry over rice and enjoy.
