BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp stevia
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- a small amount of chili
- a small amount of sesame oil
- a small amount of sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Remove excess moisture from the tofu using paper towels.
Heat oil in a wok and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by mixing stevia, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, and chopped chili in a bowl.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
Pour the beaten eggs over the tofu in the wok and cook until set.
Add the prepared sauce to the wok and stir-fry everything together.
Serve the tofu and egg mixture over rice.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
