    • 🍶 1/2 block tofu
    • 🥬 2-3 handfuls chopped kimchi

    • 1-2 tbsp cooking oil
    • 🧄 2-3 tbsp chopped green onion
    • 🧂 1-1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds
    • Optional: chopped chives

Prepare all ingredients. Chop bacon, onion, kimchi, and chili peppers. Wrap tofu in a cloth and squeeze out excess water.

Heat 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over low heat and add chopped green onion to make green onion oil.

Increase to high heat and add bacon. Stir-fry until slightly crispy.

Add chopped onion and kimchi to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.

Add crumbled tofu and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add 1-1.5 tbsp of soy sauce and mix well.

Add chopped chili peppers and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.

Optionally, add chopped chives and mix. Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sesame oil if desired.

Serve the stir-fried mixture over a bowl of rice. Optionally, top with seaweed flakes.
