BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- ๐ฅฌ 1 leaf (40g) cabbage
- ๐ง 1/2 onion (100g)
- ๐ง 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 piece ginger
Soup Base
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- ๐ง 300ml water
Tofu Meatballs
- ๐ 100g ground pork
- ๐ฅ 75g firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- ๐ง 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- ๐ถ 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
LANGKAH
Cut the cabbage into 3cm squares. Quarter the onion radially. Slice the garlic and ginger thinly.
Pat the firm tofu dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix all the tofu meatball ingredients until sticky and well combined.
In a rice cooker pot, add water, chicken broth powder, salt, pepper, cabbage, onion, garlic, and ginger. Scoop the meat mixture into bite-sized balls and add them to the pot. Cook using the regular rice cooking setting.
