- 🥬 Spinach, 200g
- 🧄 Garlic, 1 clove (minced)
Seasonings

- Mirin, 1 teaspoon
- 🌰 Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon
LANGKAH
Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper and drain the water thoroughly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Mix soy sauce and mirin, then coat the fried tofu with the fragrant sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a separate frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and spinach.
Arrange the tofu steak and stir-fried spinach on a plate to serve.
