- 500ml broth
Vegetables
- ๐ 1/3 pack shimeji mushrooms
- ๐ 1/2 tomato
Herbs & Spices
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- ๐ฟ Cilantro to taste
- 2 chopped chilies
Condiments
- ๐ Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Fish sauce to taste

LANGKAH
Slice ginger, separate shimeji mushrooms, cut tomato into wedges, chop chilies, and thinly slice lemongrass.
Peel shrimp and make a cut to butterfly them. Add shrimp shells to the broth and simmer for 2 minutes to infuse flavor.
Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, shimeji mushrooms, tomato, lemon juice, fish sauce, chilies, and ginger to the broth and bring to a boil.
Add shrimp to the boiling broth and cook until done. Serve in bowls and garnish with cilantro.
