BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 3 myoga
- 🍅 1 tomato
Seaweed
- 30g salted wakame
Dressing
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Cut myoga in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Soak in water and drain. Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wash wakame and soak in plenty of water for about 5 minutes to rehydrate. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add myoga and wakame, mix well, then gently fold in the tomato.
