BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- ๐ 1 cup of soaked rice
Seafood
- ๐ฆช 32.5g of canned scallops
Vegetables
- ๐ 6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 shredded shiso leaves
Liquid
- ๐ง Water as needed
Seasoning
- ๐ถ 1/2 tbsp of sake
- ๐ง 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- ๐ง A pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp of consomme
- ๐ง 10g of salted butter
LANGKAH
Separate the scallops from the canned liquid.
In the rice cooker bowl, add soaked rice, scallop liquid, seasonings (sake, soy sauce, salt, consomme, butter), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and level the rice.
Place the scallops and cherry tomatoes on top of the rice and start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice, serve in bowls, and garnish with shredded shiso leaves.
