BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), sliced
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 400 ml water

Slice the tomato into wedges and then cut each wedge in half.

In a pot, heat water and dashi powder over medium heat until boiling. Add the tomato and wakame, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until the tomato softens.

Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste into the soup. Heat gently over medium heat until just before boiling.
