BAHAN-BAHAN
Tofu
- 🥛 150g firm tofu
Seaweed
- 10g shredded kombu
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
Seasoning
- 2/3 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Garnish
- 🧅 2 tsp chopped green onion

Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and drain excess water.

Heat water and dashi powder in a pot until boiling. Tear the tofu into large chunks by hand and add to the pot. Simmer over medium heat.

Dissolve miso into the soup and warm through. Serve in bowls, topped with shredded kombu and chopped green onion.
