BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in water
- 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (100g), sliced
- 🌾 White sesame seeds, to taste
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
LANGKAH
Cut the carrot in half lengthwise, then slice thinly at an angle.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut into 1cm wide strips.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine fried tofu, canned tuna, carrot, and seasonings. Mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mix the ingredients evenly, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
