BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, julienned
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Wraps
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Binding
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 2 tsp water
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
LANGKAH
Julienne the zucchini and drain the tuna. Mix zucchini, tuna, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour and water to create a paste.
Place the filling on the lower half of each spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with the flour paste.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the spring rolls until golden brown on both sides.
