BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- ๐ 1 can (150g) tuna
- ๐ง 1 onion
- ๐ฅ 2 small potatoes
- ๐ง 1/2 scallion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- ๐ข 1/4 block tofu
- ๐ง 400ml water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- ๐ฌ 0.5 tbsp sugar
- ๐ง 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ๐ง 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ๐ถ 1 tbsp mirin
LANGKAH
Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Place potatoes and onions in a pot, then add the entire can of tuna, including the oil.
Add all seasoning ingredients and pour in 400ml of water. Stir to combine.
Bring the stew to a boil and let it simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked and the broth reduces slightly.
Add tofu (optional) and let it absorb the flavors for a few minutes.
Add scallion, green chili, and red chili, then simmer for a few more minutes.
