BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1 cup of aged kimchi (finely chopped)
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (150g)
- 🧊 150g tofu (diced)
Seasonings
- 🌶 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
Soup Base
- 💧 4 cups water
- 1 anchovy broth bag
LANGKAH
First, prepare the broth by boiling water and the anchovy broth bag for 10 minutes.
In a separate pot, add canned tuna, aged kimchi, red pepper powder, and minced garlic, then stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Add the prepared broth and season it with soy sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the diced tofu and bring it to a brief boil to finish.
