BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- π 200g canned tuna in oil
- π₯ͺ 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- π 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- π₯¬ Shredded cabbage, as needed
- π 4 cherry tomatoes
Tartar Sauce
- π₯ 1 boiled egg
- π§ 1/4 onion, minced
- π§ 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- π₯ͺ 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- π₯ 1 tbsp milk
LANGKAH
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container at 600W for 40 seconds.
Chop the boiled egg into coarse pieces.
Mix all tartar sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place the drained tuna on a baking tray, spread mayonnaise on top, sprinkle breadcrumbs, drizzle olive oil, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve the baked tuna on a plate with shredded cabbage and cherry tomatoes, then drizzle with tartar sauce.
