BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 2 large hanpen (240g)
- 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 2 tbsp canned corn
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
For Garnish
- Ketchup as needed
LANGKAH
Place corn and 1 tsp potato starch into a plastic bag and coat evenly.
Tear hanpen into small pieces and add to the bag along with tuna and seasonings. Knead thoroughly.
Wrap pizza cheese in plastic wrap and shape into small balls. Add cheese to the mixture and form into oval patties. Repeat to make 6 pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook until golden brown on both sides, turning occasionally.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with ketchup as desired.
