BAHAN-BAHAN

- 1 block tofu
- 1 can tuna
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, diced
- 1 green chili, diced
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, diced
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch pepper
LANGKAH
Mash the tofu and remove excess water using a kitchen towel.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve.
Dice the green onion, green chili, and carrot finely.
Mix the tofu, tuna, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
Shape the batter into small round patties and press the center slightly for even cooking.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
