BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 4 slices ham
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk udo (150g)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- To taste black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Cut udo into 4cm lengths, peel, and julienne both the stalk and peel. Julienne the tips as well.
Place udo in a bowl with enough water to cover and add 1 tbsp vinegar (not listed in ingredients). Soak for 5 minutes, rinse, and drain.
Julienne cucumber, carrot, and ham.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook udo and carrot for 2 minutes. Drain well.
Mix all seasonings (mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Combine udo, cucumber, carrot, and ham with the mixed seasonings. Toss well.
