BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 1 can saba in water (190g)
Condiments
- 2 pickled plums
- 2 shiso leaves
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Remove the pits from the pickled plums and finely chop them. Slice the shiso leaves and ginger into thin strips.
In a frying pan, add the canned saba along with its liquid, pickled plums, ginger, and the ☆ seasonings. Stir and break apart the saba while cooking over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, add the saba mixture, and mix well. Serve in bowls and garnish with shiso leaves.
