BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 1 grilled eel
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- A pinch of sansho pepper
Sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Cut the grilled eel into 4 pieces. In a frying pan, add the eel, sake, and water. Cover with a lid and steam-cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, then remove.
In the same frying pan, add mirin and sake. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then add sugar and soy sauce. Cook for 1 minute to create the sauce.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, place the eel on top, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle sansho pepper as desired.
