BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🌾 1 cup rice flour
- 🍄 1 cup shiitake mushrooms (thinly sliced)
- 🥬 4 leaves bok choy
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
LANGKAH
Mix rice flour and nutritional yeast, then add water to make pancake batter.
Heat olive oil in a hot pan and pour one scoop of batter, cooking both sides until golden brown.
Saute shiitake mushrooms with a little olive oil and salt to create the sauce.
Place the sautéed shiitake mushrooms on the pancakes and garnish with bok choy leaves.
